All our quoted prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 20%
We reserve the right to change any price subject to the current market conditions on availability of stock.
We accept Paypal payments online but if you do not wish to purchase online please send details of your order, your name, address and contact details (contact information below) and we can arrange payment by the following methods:
Postal orders, UK cheques with full information on the reverse, or you may phone through your card information to the shop to be entered in to our secure card machine. We accept as card payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express and Electron.
Products listed are normally in stock and where possible we will note any delays in getting them in, Should a product be unavailable at the time of your order we will advise immediately and offer the choice to wait for it to come in to stock, take an alternative or have a refund issued. Product packaging may vary from time to time.
Delivery
Packages are sent by First Class Recorded post where possible and larger items will be sent with Parcel Force. Smaller low cost items may be sent standard 1st class. High value items may be sent Special delivery for extra security.
We reserve the right to a 14 day delivery policy although your order should arrive within 5 days, please allow for bank holidays and weekends (the post office is closed Saturday afternoon and on Sundays) our normal postal days are Monday to Saturday, last mail run is Saturday at 12:00pm and the mail is collected from the post office at 5pm each weekday, 12:30 Saturday.
Heavy products
Postage for heavy items is pre-set for each poduct and calculated in your shopping basket, our shipping calculator will defult to the single highest shipping cost in your basket, you will not pay multiple postage on every individual item in your basket.

If Peter Cockwill is out of the country escorting a fishing trip or is working the fishery he manages on Sunday’s and Monday’s his daughter Fiona will be on hand at the shop and on-line to deal with your enquiries Monday to Saturday (by e-mail out of hours). The shop is now open on Sunday’s 10am-2pm, Fiona will be doing Sundays and Mondays.
Delivery charges
Postage is calculated for each product, determined by the size, weight or value of the goods. Our ordering system calculates the postage in two ways, for example: If you order many different flies, postage is applied only to the first fly. If you also order a larger or higher value item, the shopping basket will default to the highest postage cost within your order. Shipping is free on Temple fork fly rods, these will be sent First class Signed for or International Signed for.
