Smoker Tube
Adapt your gas or coal BBQ (with lid) in to a hot smoker! Remove the cap of the metal tube, half fill the tube with chips or pellets then replace the cap. Place the tube on the grill over the heat, once the smoke is going, add your food and close the BBQ lid and cook your meats as normal
DO NOT touch the tube until it has cooled down, please use tongs to remove it from a hot grill
