A quick and simple way to hot smoke foods in your oven or in a BBQ, a foul pouch created with layered foil and real wood chips between the layers of foil, there are holes in the inner layer of foil to allow the smoke from the wood chips to reach the food but not fill your kitchen! (I recommend having a window open anyway) Place the bag "this side down" on a cooking tray to catch any juices from the food that may leak out, open the bag and place your foods inside then roll the edge over twice to seal the food in, then cook for the recommended time of the meat you are cooking. You can cut a flap in the top of the bag after cooking to easily and cleanly reach the food.
