The new Scierra XDP+ Cassette reel replaces the original XDP series reels. This reel is designed to hold "cassettes" on the main metal spool that are interchangeable and better value than separate all-metal spools. The reel comes with three spare cassette spools (4 spools in total) and a Reel/Spool case to keep everything in. These reels are classed SALT proof, however you should always wash and re-grease all reels with a gel grease after each Salt usage.
